Deposits At this time, no deposit is required to book an appointment. However, repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings. Life happens — I get it. Sometimes things don’t go as planned.
I don’t charge cancellation fees because self-care should never come with extra stress. All I ask is that you let me know as soon as you can, so we can find a new time that works for you. Your courtesy helps keep the studio flowing smoothly for everyone.
No-Shows
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable — things come up, plans change, and sometimes you just can’t make it.
If an appointment is missed without notice, a 40% service fee will be required before rebooking. Communication is always appreciated — just reach out if something happens! I value your time deeply, and I truly appreciate you valuing mine in return.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running behind, please text or call — I’ll always do my best to accommodate. After 10 minutes, your service may need to be adjusted; after 15 minutes, it may need to be rescheduled. I want every client to have their full, unrushed experience.
